I recently discussed the past, present, and future of hemp and cannabis policy with Cole of the Cole Memo Podcast. (Note, most of my readers will note that the Cole Memo Podcast is a clever play on the August 29, 2013 memo regarding marijuana prosecutions issued by then Attorney General James Cole.)
