THCa, Cannabinoids, and the Intersection of Business and Criminal Law- A Discussion Between Rod Kight and Phil Dixon [Video Podcast]
I recently had a deep discussion about THCa, minor cannabinoids, lab testing, probable cause, the FDA, trademark infringement, and other pertinent cannabis/hemp law issues. You can watch our talk below or click here to access it on YouTube.
Phil Dixon teaches law at the UNC School of Government and regularly writes on legal topics impacting criminal law in North Carolina and the US. Phil and I have been discussing cannabis/hemp legal issues for years and finally decided to do a podcast, which we hope you will find informative and helpful.

Thanks, yet again, for sharing info and insights. This industry is crowded with folks who claim to be experts.
.great interview guys
Hi Rod, great podcast as usual. Question for you. Would the same laws apply to you if you’re only drop shipping orders?
Ex, Say I get web traffic, list suppliers products, and upon receiving an order, I place the order directly from supplier entering customers information. Is this legal nationwide in terms of staying clear of trouble?
Thanks in advance
Thanks for watching the podcast and for your comments. As for your question, that’s a legal question that is best addressed in the context of a consultation. Feel free to contact me directly to schedule a call. -Rod
