Rod Discusses THCa and Other Hemp Issues with JD McCormick of American Healthy Alternatives (Video Podcast)

Rod Kight and JD McCormick discuss THCa and other hemp issues in a recent podcast.

I recently had an opportunity to discuss the rapid rise of THCa hemp flower and other important issues in the hemp industry with JD McCormick, founder of the American Healthy Alternatives Association (AHAA). JD and the AHAA have done an incredible job advocating at the state and federal level for pro-hemp legislation and policies. In addition to THCa, we discuss international hemp, the upcoming 2023 Farm Bill and how it will impact hemp, and the growing rift in the cannabis industry between the hemp industry and “Big Marijuana” which is actively lobbying against the hemp industry. 1. Thank you for this!
    – Is the mentioned 50-State analysis of THCa available to the public?

My company produces Live Resin Hemp Oils — our raw Live Resin typically ranges from 2%-4% ThCa + non-detect D9 — we’re hoping to provide a true 100% Live Resin CBD Vape to the market but the state-by-state uncertainty of THCa being rolled into Total THC has caused us to seek more due diligence.

Really appreciate your time and what you are/have done for this industry.
